Retail Italia was established in 2007 as a strategic retail marketing and card management business unit of ECRM, a company specialized in CRM and customer loyalty. Retail Italia’s core business is providing distribution chains with complete solutions for the launch, management and promotion of the gift card tool, from the analysis of the client’s needs to software development and technical support.

Our mission is to take the gift card commercial model, which was developed in Anglo-Saxon countries and has been introduced in all the European countries, and promote it in Italy. With 90% penetration in families and annual turnover of over 100 billion dollars, the U.S. is the benchmark for consolidating this model in our national territory.

We focus on both consulting and commercial aspects.
First of all, we assist retail chains in launching gift cards in the network’s outlets. Then, we make sales teams and trade channels available to promote the partners’ gift cards on the B2C and B2B markets.
All of this is done with two underlying objectives: to bring new revenue and new clients to the chain’s stores.
